Missouri Consumer Law is Under Attack

The Missouri Merchandising Practices Act is one of the few tools consumers have to fight shady businesses in the state of Missouri. The changes proposed in Jefferson City would gut this law making it nearly worthless. Supreme Court Rules in Favor of the Little Guy
