Running a law firm is like any other business you have to set your self apart. Many businesses say they compete on service. I used to think that was a great idea, provide top notch customer service. Then someone told me that competing on service doesn’t work. Clients expect great customer service. So if you do a great job they don’t really care but when you do something wrong, or they perceive that you did something wrong, they get really upset. Another obvious choice is for a law firm to compete on expertise. Again the problem is that clients expect their attorney to be an expert, you don’t get bonus points for knowing the law. Of course we really are experts in our field but that just means that we get more clients in our areas of expertise not that those clients think we did a good job because we know what we are doing. Now on to the reason for this post. I heard a great line today, that a certain large company was really competing on “Simplicity and Convenience”. It hit me, while we are experts and provide great customer service we are really competing on simplicity and convenience too. Most of our clients never come into the office. We handle just about everything on the client’s case. We have systems in place which not only make our jobs easier but which provide simplicity and convenience to the client. If you are sued by a debt collector why not call us, in many cases we can get your file directly from the court, you pay online and we send you updates every few weeks. In a few months your case is dismissed. What could be more simply or convenient when facing a lawsuit? If you are sued by a debt collector in Missouri call Boevingloh and Pliakos and let us a worry about it and do the work: Simplicity and Convenience.

I own a commercial warehouse. It is leased to a new tenant. The lease was handled by a commercial real estate broker.
From the beginning, the tenant had a problem with what he had signed. He claimed we misrepresented the clear ceiling height and the dock height, even though he had visited the property at least six times. He also claimed the security deposit was prepaid rent and would treat it as such. He refused to pay the rent and hired an attorney to make his case. That is when I contacted Kris Boevingloh.
Kris was congenial and listened to me. He made me feel comfortable. Throughout the process, he was available to answer my questions and concerns. If he was busy, he always returned my calls. I found him to be hard working and diligent. He has a true sense of fairness and I was comfortable with him being my advocate in court.
I have received three rent checks and the situation is getting better. I appreciate Kris’s hard work and honesty. I am happy to recommend him.Bill

Do yourself justice and hire Boevingloh & Pliakos law firm. They were able to get my case dismissed quick and without any hassle. They are straight forward and professional. They kept me informed, they were very personable, and handled everything with me over the phone and through email. I never had to appear in a court room. Their fee & monthly payment schedule was unquestionably reasonable. I’m very thankful and satisfied with the services they provided for me and I highly recommend them to everyone.
