Much of this sale was for bad debt and Bank of America stated that it “would initially provide no records to support the amounts it said are owed and might be unable to produce them.” We have successfully fought CACH on many cases. I own a commercial warehouse. It is leased to a new tenant. The lease was handled by a commercial real estate broker.
